Most orders (please see exclusions below) will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS within two (2) business days after payment has cleared; please see the additional information below regarding collections that may differ from this scenario. You may keep up with tracking information plus any notes applicable to your order at this tracking link. One, two, or three-day delivery options are available for USA only (please allow ample time for merchandise to be pulled from warehousing for non-inventory intimates). We offer a flat ground shipping rate (based on volume) for most of our products shipped to the USA and a flat $30.00 for Canada orders.

Ujena Swimwear:  Bathing suits and beach dress are hand made and hand sewn just for you in the Ujena warehouse in California USA.  Please allow 1-3 extra business days for shipping; during our busy season, shipping could take up to 12 business days.
 
Shirley of Hollywood and Intimate Attitudes:  Shirley intimates are shipped from their warehouse in California 48 business hours after an order is placed; it can sometimes take 7-10 business days before you receive your order.
 
Although most USA and Canada orders arrive 3-7 business days after ground shipping, please allow up to 10; if longer than 12 business days pass, please feel free to contact us.
 
Please remember that ground shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, please upgrade your shipping to one, two, or three-day delivery, signature required, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it.

All packages are shipped in a UPS, Federal Express or USPS plain package with label indicating from LaSensuals.  Please print your order at check-out (no invoice or packing slip will be enclosed in your package).
