Most orders will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days after payment has cleared; a detailed shipping e-mail will be sent to you for tracking.  One, two, or three-day delivery options are available; please allow ample time for mechandise to be pulled from warehousing.  We offer a flat $10-12.00 ground shipping rate for most of our products.

Although most orders arrive 3-7 business days after ground shipping, please allow up to 10; if longer than 12 business days pass, please call us toll-free at 877-200-4232 to speak with an owner or e-mail us at customersupport@LaSensualsPlusSizeLingerie.com.

Please remember that ground shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, please upgrade your shipping to one, two, or three-day delivery, signature required, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it.

LaSensuals cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.

LaSensuals cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical problems which are beyond our control.

All packages are shipped in a UPS, plain, or USPS box with label indicating from LaSensuals.  Please print your order at check-out (no invoice or packing slip will be enclosed in your package).
