Exchanging Procedures

LaSensuals Plus Size Lingerie sincerely values your satisfaction and we want you to experience positive purchasing adventures with us. Although there are a few exceptions (see below) we offer an extreme exchange privilege, within 30 days of purchase, for pristine merchandise, provided it is in the "same as when shipped" condition and it is imperative that the appropriate exchange paperwork accompany the authorized return merchandise. Please contact us in order to obtain the proper return authorization and procedures. Naturally, we are unable to exchange intimate apparel with damage of any kind. If the exchange requirements are met, please allow up to 3 weeks for a credit to your payment method account. No credit is given for any shipping charges, a 35% restocking fee will apply to unauthorized returns and a 15% restocking fee for authorized, plus additional postage charges will be incurred. It is of the utmost importance that you read each of our partner's unique measurement chart before making your purchase in order to avoid extra expense and pestering predicaments.

Swimwear & Resort Wear: Beach dress and bathing suits require Ujena Swimwear apparel exchange only. Their proportions chart is unlike any retail store; please ensure that you review it, and follow their product sizing guidelines explicitly, in order to have a pleasant experience. Thong swimwear is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Exceptions: Novelty items, intimate product merchandise, underwear, thong products, and liquids.

Same as when shipped: Factory fresh, original packaging, and all tags.
